Dodany do ustawy (Tarcza Antykryzysowa) art. 15zzda wskazuje,\u00a0<strong>\u017ce po\u017cyczka udzielana jest na pokrycie dzia\u0142alno\u015bci gospodarczej lub statutowej organizacji pozarz\u0105dowej<\/strong>. Oznacza to, \u017ce od czasu wej\u015bcia w \u017cycie Tarczy Antykryzysowej 4, o po\u017cyczk\u0119 do wysoko\u015bci 5000 z\u0142 z urz\u0119du pracy ubiega\u0107 si\u0119 mog\u0105 r\u00f3wnie\u017c kluby sportowe i inne organizacje pozarz\u0105dowe (NGO) nieprowadz\u0105ce dzia\u0142alno\u015bci gospodarczej, takie jak fundacje, stowarzyszenia czy UKS-y. Tarcza Antykryzysowa 4 znosi te\u017c obowi\u0105zek pilnowania terminu sk\u0142adania wniosku o umorzenie mikropo\u017cyczki. Tak wi\u0119c, bezzwrotna po\u017cyczka 5000 z\u0142 dla klubu mo\u017ce pom\u00f3c zachowa\u0107 ci\u0105g\u0142o\u015b\u0107 szkolenia sportowego.<\/p><blockquote><p><strong><em>Art. 15 zzda Tarczy Antykryzysowej<br \/><\/em><\/strong><em>W celu przeciwdzia\u0142ania negatywnym skutkom COVID-19 starosta mo\u017ce, na podstawie umowy, udzieli\u0107 ze \u015brodk\u00f3w Funduszu Pracy jednorazowo po\u017cyczki\u00a0<strong>na pokrycie bie\u017c\u0105cych koszt\u00f3w prowadzenia dzia\u0142alno\u015bci gospodarczej lub statutowej organizacji pozarz\u0105dowej<\/strong> lub podmiotowi, o
